Personal Information

Jim has been married for the past 32 years to his beautiful wife Leslie, we have 2 great sons who have grown up living in Whitby for the past 22 years.  Before entering his Real Estate Career Jim spent 20yrs in the Construction industry having owned and operated a concrete forming and design build company.  This experience has served him well in the Real Estate industry as a negotiator; hands on experience  and valuable technical knowledge knowing Real Estate from the footings to the roof. 

Jim is a Broker & Full Time Realtor helping people find a place to call home since 1994. He is a Top Producer with Sutton Group Classic Realty Inc. serving the eastern GTA, Durham Region & now Apsley. 

To provide added valued service to his clients Jim joined the Entrust Financial Corporation Team, providing clients full Real Estate & Mortgage Services. Entrust Financial has been serving the Real Estate Industry and private sector since 1986.

Philosophy:The Real Estate market is constantly changing and my goal is to provide my clients with the as much information as possible so they can make and informed decision that they feel comfortable with & works for them. No pressure tactics!
